Join us this weekend as we ride some of the best roads in Northern England
Our single hotel base, between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, gives you the opportunity to unpack, relax and allow us to show you some of the best scenery and great biking roads that the North of England can offer. Having ridden this area for some 16 years, we know every nook and cranny and are constantly changing our routes, so even if you have been with us before, we feel sure you will enjoy something new.
If you have never toured this area before, you cannot fail to be impressed with the natural beauty of the Dales, the tranquillity of the lakes or the grin that the roads of the Northern Pennines will give you. The tour is fully guided, however, as usual, for those that wish there is the opportunity to ride independently.

Tour Format
Thursday 2nd August Today, you will travel to your 3 star hotel on the outskirts of the beautiful Lake District, arriving in time for a traditional evening meal and a get-to-know-you session with your fellow riders and Guide for the weekend.
Friday 3rd August The tour departs at 0915hrs and is fully-guided with no map-reading required. Led by an experienced Guide, you can relax and enjoy the views, safe in the knowledge that you are seeing the best scenery, the right places and enjoying some great biking roads. Many people are apprehensive about riding in a group, but we use a simple ‘drop off’ system which allows you to travel at your own pace. All our Guided Tours are very relaxed, we do ride all day, but there will be a leisurely lunch break and stops for refreshments, photo opportunities or just to stretch your legs. We will return to the hotel around 1700 hrs.
Saturday 4th August Today will be a repeat of yesterday’s format, giving you a further opportunity to admire the beautiful scenery, and ride some of the area’s great roads. During your stay, you are of course, welcome to explore on your own - your guide will be able to advise you on things to see and do in the area.
Sunday 5th August The tour finishes after breakfast, after which, we bid our farewells and return home.
Accommodation
Your accommodation for
the weekend is one of our favourite stays, a 3 star hotel situated between the
Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. All rooms are en-suite with ‘phone, TV,
Wi-Fi and drinks-making facilities. The tour includes all evening meals and full
regional breakfasts. The hotel has great food so make sure you bring along a
good appetite.
This tour is especially good value, as all evening meals are included - leaving you only to budget for lunch, petrol and drinks
